Tiscali says no bid received
Tiscali has named JPMorgan and Banca IMI as financial advisors. The appointment follows the company’s decision to empower CEO Mario Rosso to start a “process aimed at maximising the strategic value of the group”. Noting recent media speculation that the ISP has received numerous takeover offers, Tiscali said that there are “no formal offers by operators neither for the whole group nor for individual assets”.
