Tiscali to restructure its debts

Tiscali has abandoned the planned sale of its UK operations and announced plans to restructure the company and its debts. In a statement, Tiscali said it was ending talks on the UK sale to BSkyB, as market conditions have deteriorated so drastically as to make a sale unfeasible for both sides.
